It is by this principle that Service Champions has become a leader in the industry, cultivating exceptional people to provide extraordinary service. Service Champions is the first HVAC company in Southern California to earn the Diamond Certification, which is earned by companies scoring highest in ongoing customer satisfaction research performed by the American Ratings Corporation. The name Service Champions came after Leland Smith made the decision of what he wanted his company to portray – He was going to have a company that consisted of only Champions of Service.  The culture of Service Champions, from the very beginning, has been to encourage and lead all team members to go above and beyond while serving our clients.
