A community's greatest asset is its talented, qualified workforce of young professionals. Geared towards business professionals in the early stages of their careers, the HYPE leadership program is designed to educate and develop your staff into strong corporate, civic, and non-profit business leaders. Participation is open to all North Orange County young professionals.
Professional Connections
HYPE programming is designed to cultivate and nurture Brea’s future leaders. Bimonthly Leadership Lunch Break sessions will focus on both personal development issues and business development issues. Topics will include financial planning, risk management, technology, etiquette, public policy, marketing, economic development and work/life balance. Seeing their own potential will build a spirit of entrepreneurism.
Community Connections
Days of service will foster a sense of purpose within the community. Your staff will enjoy opportunities for building relationships with community service organizations and local non-profits. Giving back to the community will build a spirit of volunteerism.
Personal Connections
And finally, they’ll have opportunities for personal fulfillment, developing relationships with other young professionals of like interests. Hands on activities and off the clock events will build a spirit of teamwork and camaraderie.
